These frameworks enable organizations to establish robust quality systems, measure operational performance, and ensure continuous service improvement in humanitarian environments.

Participants will gain hands-on experience using modern quality analytics and business intelligence tools including Microsoft Excel Advanced, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, Microsoft Power Query, KoboToolbox, ODK Collect, DHIS2, ArcGIS, NVivo, Minitab, Google Data Studio, SharePoint, cloud collaboration platforms, and digital quality dashboards. Practical sessions demonstrate how analytics can support quality audits, operational monitoring, beneficiary feedback analysis, compliance reporting, performance visualization, predictive analytics, and organizational learning for humanitarian projects.
