Course Overview

Participants will gain practical experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Project, stakeholder analysis tools, organizational assessment frameworks, performance management dashboards, change readiness assessment tools, digital collaboration platforms, risk management tools, and monitoring and evaluation systems. Participants are responsible for their travel expenses, airport transfers, visa applications, dinners, health/accident insurance, and personal expenses.
