Course Overview

Participants will strengthen competencies in project governance, project scheduling, financial management, procurement planning, quality management, stakeholder communication, contract management, environmental compliance, and project performance measurement.

Participants will also gain practical experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), mobile data collection platforms, and digital project management dashboards to improve planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. Practical workshops emphasize work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, budget monitoring, project dashboards, and agricultural project performance reporting using digital technologies.
