The course integrates international humanitarian standards with innovative digital technologies to improve transparency, operational efficiency, financial accountability, and beneficiary protection while supporting local markets and sustainable recovery. Practical exercises and real-world case studies provide participants with hands-on experience in designing and implementing high-quality cash and voucher assistance programs.
