Introduction

AI Strategy and Governance is a comprehensive professional development training course designed to equip participants with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills required to develop, implement, manage, and govern Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within organizations. As Artificial Intelligence becomes a key driver of digital transformation, innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage, organizations must establish effective AI strategies and governance structures to ensure responsible, ethical, secure, and value-driven adoption. This course provides participants with practical guidance on aligning AI initiatives with organizational objectives, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and maximizing the benefits of AI investments.
