Organizations increasingly depend on employees and leaders who can evaluate information objectively, identify opportunities and risks, solve problems systematically, and make sound decisions that support organizational performance and sustainable growth. This course provides practical tools and frameworks that enable participants to strengthen critical thinking capabilities and improve decision-making effectiveness across various professional contexts.

The course focuses on critical thinking principles, analytical reasoning, evidence-based decision making, problem-solving methodologies, strategic analysis, risk assessment, data interpretation, creative thinking, and organizational performance improvement. Participants will learn how to identify assumptions, evaluate evidence, recognize cognitive biases, analyze alternatives, and make decisions that align with organizational objectives.
