In today’s rapidly changing business environment characterized by digital transformation, disruptive technologies, evolving customer demands, and intense market competition, organizations must continuously innovate to remain relevant and successful. Corporate entrepreneurship empowers employees and leaders to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, create new ventures, improve business processes, and drive organizational growth.
