Introduction

Strategic Project Portfolio Management is an advanced professional training course designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to align projects, programs, and investments with organizational strategy and business objectives. In today's dynamic and competitive environment, organizations must effectively prioritize projects, optimize resource allocation, manage risks, and maximize value creation through a structured project portfolio management framework. This course provides practical approaches to project portfolio governance, strategic planning, portfolio optimization, project selection, benefits realization management, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational success and sustainable growth.

The course focuses on strategic portfolio planning, project prioritization methodologies, portfolio risk management, resource management, portfolio balancing, project governance, investment decision-making, and performance measurement systems. Participants will learn how to evaluate project proposals, assess strategic alignment, manage competing priorities, optimize organizational resources, and ensure that projects contribute directly to business goals and organizational transformation initiatives.
